Qualifications

• Ability to operate and maintain cleaning equipment and tools.

• Excellent communication and time management skills.

• Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects and work on your feet for extended periods of time.

• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene.

• Must be able to pass background check.

Responsibilities

• As a Commercial Cleaner, you will be responsible for performing a range of cleaning duties, including but not limited to:

• Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors

• Dusting furniture, fixtures, and equipment

• Cleaning windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces

• Disinfecting restrooms and break rooms

• Emptying trash and recycling bins

• Restocking supplies and consumables

• Applicants must have reliable transportation

• Applicant must have a cell phone

Experience: Cleaning: 1 year (Preferred) 

License/Certification: Driver's License (Preferred) 

Work Location: In person

Schedule: Evening shift

Qualifications
• You should ideally have experience with cleaning equipment and products, as well as the ability to lead a others in cleaning operations.
• Must have own transportation and be able to travel to jobs
• Hard worker with strong time management and interpersonal skills
• We require the ability to lift 20 or more pounds, standing and bending for extended periods of time, and strenuous labor regularly
• Graduated high school, received GED, or equivalent
• Understanding of home cleaning techniques and products

Responsibilities

• Work with management for tasks, scheduling and planning

• Confirm cleaning list for each client

• Sweeping, vacuuming, disinfecting, and sanitizing a variety of surfaces and areas

• Clean windows, kitchen areas, restrooms, sinks, mirrors, toilets, tubs, and vanities

• Wipe all surfaces

• Vacuum or sweep carpets, rugs and floors

• Travel to locations to perform a variety of  cleaning duties in a timely and professional manner

Experience: Cleaning: 2+ year (Preferred) 

License/Certification: Driver's License
